……… We need to acknowledge the College and University Administrations and the NCAA for their greed, stupidity and lack of foresight, judgement and leadership that has brought College Athletics to where it currently is.

The schools should have nothing to do with arranging NIL agreements. No Nil agreements should be made until player signs his letter of intent. The B1G and the SEC are going to have to be the leaders in fixing NIL and they are going to have to work with the best interests of all the schools and not just their member schools. There in lies the problem.

“Educational institutions ought to be embarrassed to be part of it. ‘We’re going to conduct a fraud here!’” ~ Jack Swarbrick

Well, I don’t know where he’s been all the years before NIL when the same dollars were passed out in under the table in brown paper bags, but at least he said it.

Plausable deniability. They are doing the same things they have been doing except it is on steriods now.

While I can agree with him on the fact that the NCAA is in danger. I liken bringing the Fed's in to killing the patient to cure the cancer.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.
