Is There Really Movement On Federal Level???
”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd

Re: Is There Really Movement On Federal Level???
Not that I trust our congress to do it better or anything, but the collectives have got to go. It encourages the same behavior the NCAA said they were against for years. Boosters paying players to play football. Players should be able to market themselves to represent companies. Do commercials and stuff like that. I don't even care if a booster owns the business as long as the player is doing the work. But there should be nothing, no agreements in place, before a player signs with a school. That should all come when they get to school.
