What are they going to do? The NCAA has no teeth. The school threw the “analyst” under the bus already, so they have no plans to discipline anyone else. Besides, Harbaugh had no clue this was happening. He said so.

I think that even if he is steeling signals, it is probably more the fault of the teams that aren’t changing their signals all the time. Teams should assume they are steeling your signals
