Like last week, Spence and Mountainman had tied scores for Week Nine. Only this week, they had 16 of their 20 picks correct, tying for first place.
Whereas I went from first to worst, bottoming out at 10 ... good thing Colorado got the job down, cause I really don't like falling beneath 50%
Derek reemerged, scoring 12 on the week.

I was looking over MM's shoulder.
Hmmmmm, good thing I’ve had some experience to draw upon…….. at one of my company’s seven power generation facilities, which in the business are AKA, “Controlled Explosion Facilities, one of our Control Room Operators decided to retire. This is a critical position due to EVERY operational function and piece of equipment throughout the entire facility is monitored and measured 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. No slackers here, you’ve got to have a qualified and experienced person who can concentrate and react with poise and correctness.
I preferred ex-Navy guys as candidates who had experience and performed the these duties on ships sailing around the oceans. I was pleased when my Plant Manager called and told me had hired such a person.
During my next Facility Trip I ask the Plant Manager how the new Control Room Operator was doing, and he replied, “She’s doing well, would you like to meet her?” I glanced up at him, while not moving my head, and said, “Sure”, as I made it a point to meet every employee at all of the facilities.
I remained in the Plant Manager’s Office, and in a few minutes he returned with our newest employee. My first impression was she’s a very attractive woman, well spoken, with large breasts accented by a low cut blouse. After the typical chitchat about her getting settled in her new home and community and the teamwork at the facility, I asked “How are things going so far here at work, her impressions of the facility, how we do things and any suggestions she may have. She replied, “Well there does seem to me there is some traffic coming in and out of the Control Room which I’m not accustomed to. The guys come in while I’m sitting in front of the control boards on the wall, and stand behind me looking over my shoulders.
