They have to get to the point of being governed. Not being governed, and yes the NCAA has always been a joke, is what got them in this place. The NCAA was good at taking down players and coaches, but they haven't really busted a school since SMU in the 80's. The schools themselves are and have always been the problem. They need to have a truely independant body, with inforcement power, to work toward a level playing field again.
