No wonder we Hawk fans call 'em "cyCLOWNS"

So far (during the past three weeks), already FIVE iowa state football players have been arrested!

1) Jason Berryman (under age & arrested in a local bar -- this is his 3rd arrest, so he has been permanently kicked off the team).

2) Greg Coleman (assault).

3) Durrell Williams (assault).

4) Jason McGinty (drunk driving).

5) Brice Beck (drunk driving).

Note: not a single Iowa Hawkeye (Big Ten) player has been busted.

Is this a trait of the "Big 12"???

What do you Big 12 guys have to say about this?

It's not a Big 12 thing, it's a losing team thing. I'll guaruntee, if Iowa St had a winning season, those cops definitely would've been able to look the other way. Also, what else is there to do in Iowa besides drink?

it could just be a problem with the publicity department, or maybe there just wasn't anymore room under the rug?

how many people do you know who made it through college without getting drunk and/or in a fight?

I am sure there were a few. I just didn't know them. :D

Here's another nail in ISU's coffin:

Today, ISU's Special Teams coordinator quit! He was hired only a month ago (from Wisconson), and he is going to the NFL to be an assistant coach for St. Louis.
