Spring Practices...

Well, Arkansas ended their first week of practice today. From all accounts the team looked very good. Lots of returning starters, guys faster and stronger, real depth finally....the Hogs will be very good this next season. Most are saying better than last years team. I am getting that football itch. I just found out that the Arkansas spring game will be on ESPN for the first time ever.

On a side note...I am moving back to Arkansas (from Southern California) this summer. I once again get to go to the games. Go Hogs!

UL is riddled with injuries; but, the public spring practices went well with new players stepping up. 25 seniors graduated last year and I am sure it will take awhile for things to settle down. Many of the new recruits enrolled in January and have been working out regularly on their own.

Only 3 practices were open; and, the defense looked good. I could not stay to watch it all.

Annual red/white game comes up in a couple of days, more then.
