Arkansas vs Rutgers

Postby Dossenator » Fri Sep 21, 2012 9:25 pm

Well, Tyler Wilson has been cleared to play. Just don't know what to think about the Hogs going into any game this year. I just read that Phil Steele has picked the Hogs by 27 points. I was shocked...4 TD favorites. Has he watched any Razorback games this year.

John L Smith has had a tough week. He files for bankruptcy and is in the whole 25.7 million dollars. His 52 year old younger brother passed away this week. He was at his funeral last night. John L finally gave a press conference like a professional coach on Thursday. I think he is a decent guy but man he is not a head coach.

I will be at the game. Hopeful for a victory but I just don't see it right now.

Go Hogs!

John L. Smith is an unstable mess due to things out of and in his control. His situation is just bizarre.

But, Arkansas is going to be a tough team to figure out. We know they have the talent but are they throwing in the towel? That's why this game against Rutgers is so hard to predict.

I still think Arkansas wins.

I think the way-too-early candidates for me are Charlie Strong, Willie Taggart, Dana Holgerson.

Charlie Strong (Arkansan) and Dana Holgerson are both names that Hog fans are throwing around as possibilities. Other names that are being thrown around: Butch Davis (Arkansan), Gary Patterson, Kirby Smart, Josh McDaniel, and Chris Peterson. Of course, the delusional Razorback fan is obsessed with John Gruden and Pete Carrol. Of course, many other names are being talked about. No one really has an idea other than Jeff Long right now.

I think Butch Davis would be out of the frying pan into the fire.

You would be shocked at how many Razorback fans have him as their number 1 choice. It is well liked in Arkansas....he is from Arkansas. But that does not mean he would be a good choice. His phone records were released yesterday by lawyers and the NCAA has cleared him of no wrong doing at North Carolina. However, not sure I would take a chance on him. I want Arkansas to go a different route.

And how did I fail to mention Gus Malzahn. His name of course is being thrown around. The fan base is too split on him and I don't think he will be seriously considered at this time.

Lots of rumors of wrong doing follow him around. If he isn't dirty lots of dirty people follow him around.

Terrible call again. No way they called a timeout before the snap. I call bull.

Were refs to blame in the Alabama game?
The preceding statements are solely the opinion of GoBoilers and are, therefore, probably not based whatsoever on fact, research or more time in thought than what was required to physically type them. They're probably correct anyway, so you shouldn't argue too much, because otherwise he'll just blather on forever. On the internet Al Gore invented.

John L does not have team prepared again but nothing new. However Rutgers threw incomplete and it was 4th and 10. After play was over refs said play never happened timeout Rutgets. Just terrible on so many levels, refs, Ark playing, and definitely John L's coaching.
