Saturday, September 6th

(1.) Duke
(2.) SMU
(3.) Iowa State
(4.) NC State --- [the Cavs best runner gained 50 yards ... it was their QB]
(5.) Pitt
(6.) Jacksonville State --- [this one is hard to gauge based on last week's opponents]
(7.) Ole Miss
(8.) Missouri --- [I'm not so sure ... may change it]
(9.) Rutgers
(10.) Oregon State --- [was their loss to Cal worse than Fresno's loss to Kansas??]
(11.) Texas State --- [a rivalry game ... and a recruiting battle]
(12.) North Texas --- [will the Green be that Mean in Kalamazoo]
(13.) West Virginia --- [but I think it'll be close]
(14.) Florida
(15.) Mississippi State --- [if it were in Tempe, I'd probably have gone the other way]
(16.) Michigan
(17.) Virginia Tech
(18.) Michigan State
(19.) UNLV --- [even Nico cannot fix the Bruins]
(20.) San Diego State --- [I mean, the Cougs only put up 13 on Idaho]

”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

- John Madden
