First Take…….

Well here I go again with 5 games that are head scratchers. Last week I also had 5 and if I had followed my itch I would have lost 3 out of those 5……

Oh Goodie, now there’s 6 games in question, I just read where Arkansas’s starting QB is back this weekend after missing last weekend’s game.

”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd

Saturday, October 15th

(1.) Wisconsin --- [not the best year for Mel]
(2.) Michigan --- [because if Diaz's defense wins this, I'll picket his Lawn]
(3.) Kansas --- [that second string QB almost brought the win vs TCU]
(4.) Akron --- [only one of these teams have scored more than 20 against a conference opponent]
(5.) Coastal Car --- [if the Monarchs play well, they could win ... I feel like they lost confidence]
(6.) Miami --- [if we lose this ... Virginia might be the only potential win]
(7.) UConn --- [have these Huskies actually improved a little ???]
(8.) Tennessee --- [could this be their LSU Burrow year ..?]
(9.) TCU --- [what in the world is going on this season??]
(10.) Syracuse --- [changed my mind ... the `cuse play tough in the Dome]
(11.) BYU --- [this seems like the sort of game the Hogs would win, if it were week one]
(12.) Troy --- [because ... ... ... ... ... I had to pick someone]
(13.) Washington State --- [a couple of years ago these teams looked irreparable]
(14.) Western Kentucky --- [I'm not so sure]
(15.) LSU --- [they seem to learn from their mistakes ... buy it is in the muck hole]
(16.) Mississippi State --- [they aren't elite, but they are in rhythm]
(17.) Memphis --- [has the marking of a good game]
(18.) USC --- [the Utes are just missing something this year]
(19.) New Mexico --- [if you got nothing else to play for, win this]
(20.) North Carolina --- [unless Duke plays solid Defense ... then who knows??]
