Big East Tournament

Postby BYUfan1 » Tue Mar 10, 2009 4:10 pm

Break up the Blue Demons! DePaul finally won a game in 2009. They defeated Cincinnati 67-57. The Bearcats usually struggle when Deonta Vaughn struggles and that is what happened today. Dar Tucker got hot for DePaul in the second half after sitting on the bench with foul problems for most of the first half. Bring on Providence! Go Blue Demons! :D

Thanks goes out to Bigeast.tv for showing the first round for free on the internet since ESPN is not showing any Big East games until tomorrow.

I forgot about it starting in the day time (again.) But no airing for me anyway. There is tomorrow though!

WVU vs Notre Dame-7 pm ESPN Wednesday. Maybe we can a DePaul-West Virginia Big East Final. I'm just glad DePaul finally won a Big East game. I do think they can beat Providence though.

WVU has been awesome! There is nothing like beating Pittsburgh...football or basketball, probably more in b-ball. Now I'm just waiting for the Syracuse game...man I can't stand them either!

I don't know what the deal was with Depaul this year...close ones but no cigar! But it ain't easy living in the Big East! Basketball...more like the Big Nasty East!

Well, regardless of how many of you made up your minds at mid-season (the press did too) and refuse to see things happening since then, REALITY is here now :P .

Selection Sunday is past, the brackets are set; are you still going with those now faded teams you picked at mid-season?
