And your man Turner is coming back. Being at Purdue should give us tyhe cushion we need to win.

Turner won't have his game legs yet. Purdue should win by 10.

Is that the spread? I don't pay a bunch of attention to basketball - I will start watching now that football season is over, but I am a very casual B-Ball fan. Ohio State isn't exactly known for it's basketball history. MAtta is doing a good job, hopefully he will make us competitive.

Basketball history? It was BIG time in the early 60's. I saw most of the Purdue games against OSU as a kid. Awesome games. Terry Dischinger was our stud. OSU had Havelicek, Seigfreid, Lucas and a guy named Bobby Knight as 6th man.

I didn't see the line either. I would have guessed it was 12.

I was too young to remember when Lucas and Havelicek were Buckeyes, but my dad made sure to tell me about them. He also told me about this guy who played for Cincinnati named the "Big O" - said he wasn't a bad ball player either.

Didn't see that coming. Ohio State is lots better with Turner in the lineup.

If Turner was at Michigan State, he would be lucky to make the starting lineup, unless he played center.

Turner does seem to keep his best games for Purdue. To argue the side is he has had many injuries. He would start for every team in the country.
