Have any of you seen this. Marc Ecko bought the 746 homerun ball for over $750,000 dollars. He is letting the public vote on what to do with the ball. You have three options: send the ball to coopertown, burn an asterick on the ball and send it to cooperstown, or send the ball into outerspace. You have until Sept 25th to vote.

He shouldn't destroy or damage it. It should go to the hall of fame. They should decide how to present it and it shouldn't be a joke. The homerun record is baseball's most hallowed record and it shouldn't be the butt of a joke.

Only way that is going to happen now is to vote to send it to Cooperstown...I agree, people will vote to send it into space or put an asterick on it because they think it would be funny. Who is crazy enough to waste $750,000 on a ball and then send it into space. I can think of 1,000 of better ways of spending that money.

If he does anything with that ball other then to send it to Cooperstown he should be banned from all major league parks. I don't care for Bonds and I think that he cheated Hank Aaron out of something that was rightfully his, but that ball should be given to the HOF for them to present how they see fit. It is part of baseball history and they are the caretakers of baseball history. Sometimes just being able to do something is not a good reason for doing it.
