Grandfather's

One of my best friends grandfather has cancer...maybe you know him?

I'd encourage you to send a card, especially if you are from Michigan (eric 8) )

Yeah, I just saw that on the news. That pretty much ruined my entire day. Apparently, the family has decided against surgery. My Tigers fandom started by listening to Ernie Harwell and he'd probably consider me a youngster. I usually don't get this choked up about figures when they receive bad health news, but I'm seriously having a tough time finding the words to express my disappointment. :(

I lost my grandfather and father to cancer. They both fought hard until the end. Neither let the disease break their spirit. I hope if it happens to me, I can set that kind of example.
