Honestly I think events like this are a result of all the BS you deal with in public and the hustle and bustle out there that often gets crazy enough to wear people thin! And then they snap over something stupid. Nobody could be crazy enough to snap over something this trivial, well few people.

Click on the speaker icon on the bottom left of your screen in the start up tray. The speakers are probably muted. Just un mute them. That is probably the problem. I know I keep mine muted.

Yeah I often have mine muted. If you got ESPN's web site much you need them. They got videos that auto-play all over the place...and they seem to be growing more of these!
