I don't remember making a mention of it anywhere on here, but Towson @ UConn was definitely on my upset watch. Pasqualoni is doing a remarkably awful job with the Huskies and Towson has fielded some competitive teams the last two years.

I did say that Indiana State could hang with Indiana too, but that's not working out too well  . I wonder if they were decimated with departures or something. They were halfway decent last year. I watched the game where they beat North Dakota State, they were the only team to do so last year. They also lost their head coach to Georgia State.

There is a play under review at them moment . . . waiting to see if they call it a touchdown . . . looks to me as if his knees were down before he stretched the ball across.

Is that the Akron game?

I think UCF has the potential to do something like what USF did when they first joined the former Big East. They're off of a lot of people's radar but they can sneak up and hang in the upper echelon of this conference with Rutgers and Cincinnati. Not sure if they can hang with Louisville, but they can beat the Big East hold overs for sure.

Goal-line stand . . . no touchdown . . . UConn has to kick a field goal . . . successful attempt.

Towson is leading 13-10.

I'm distraught over this Illinois State / Ball State game

Not only for the conference competition, but it'll be embarrassing for the MAC. Ball State is a likely bowl team from this conference and you never want to see your bowl teams drop games to FCS foes, even if Illinois State will qualify for the playoffs.

Okay . . . there's 42 seconds left in the first half.

Middle Tennessee was up, 31 to 3.

Western Carolina scored 2 touchdowns in the last minute. They called a timeout to force Middle Tenn to punt.

Blue Raiders punt . . . Ball is pinned deep . . . 30 seconds left . . . 15 seconds . . . halftime.

You're right, Eric . . . 21-16, Ball State needs to score here.

Utes D is pressing the Aggies hard.
Utah up 14-10 . . .

Utah State just punt . . . it is still rather early in the 2cnd quarter.
This game is looking fun.

Ball State just had a terrible drive. They got the ball back ahead by 2 and ran it twice for 8 yards. They decided to throw for the easy two and it was incomplete. I would have just ran the ball with Edwards up the middle...

Tulane is rolling a hurry up offense.
Jackson State is having plenty of issues.

Nick Montana just threw his first touchdown pass . . . after the extra point, Tulane is up 20-0.
A 9 play 76 yard drive.

5:14 to go in the 2cnd quarter.

Jackson State just had their second string QB get pounced . . . he just limped off the field.

They put in their 3rd stringer . . .

First play, stopped behind the line.

Second play, 11 yards, for the first down . . . Ivy, the second string QB comes back in.

WoW!!

Nice pass for a 34 yard pick up.

Not bad for a guy who just came back in after being knocked outta the game.
