Ga / Clemson

Postby Derek » Sat Aug 31, 2013 9:09 pm

Ok. Does anyone know who stole both teams defenses???
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

First game. Tough way to start the season.

I think Georgia and Clemson will have some persistent defensive problems throughout the year. Georgia is retooling a little bit and Clemson has never really been known to be able to tackle. They've missed so many tackles in this game. Boyd and Murray will probably score on everybody this year, so they have that to look forward to.

Good news for Georgia is that they should have plenty of time to get experience (outside of week 2). I don't see a lot of dominant offenses on the slate the rest of the way. South Carolina can score on a good day and LSU has a power running game, but outside of that, there's not much to scare you. Florida has a QB problem too.

Bad news for Georgia.

We have the same offensive coordinator as last year and the year before.

Fun game to watch. I am pulling for Georgia to win.

I know I'm calling it early as always.

But this is yet another Championship possibility down the tubes.

It's this way every year. Face a top ranked team and fail. I'm so sick of Bobo and his predictable play calling, I can't stand it.

I too have been puzzled by the play calling in the 2nd half by Georgia. Does not look good. 6 min left, down by 10, and punting on the road.

And the thing that makes it worse is that every Ga fan on the planet wants the guy gone, and nothing is done.

Wasted one of the most talented QBs in the country with a play caller like Bobo.

Of course, dropped passes aren't his fault, but some of the runs after runs after runs is predictable.

The missed field goal by Georgia is killing them now.

Botched snapped cost Georgia 3 earlier and had to go for onside kick. Crazy how 1 small play like that can have such a huge impact on a game.
