Urban Meyer called Garoppolo one of the best college quarterbacks he's ever seen when watching game film against San Diego State. He should be able to pick NIU's secondary apart. Jordan Lynch and his crew will steamroll EIU's defense though, so I think this has the potential to be a crazy shootout.
