You must not watch Miami's offense very much, then.

Sounds like Mack Brown, Dana Holgorsen, Pat Fitzgerald, Denis Erickson, and, unfortunately, quite possibly Al Golden.

That sounds like Larry Coker & Lane Kiffin

Ah, yes ... a selfish rationale.
The true mark of the NCAA spirit.
I'm right there with you on this one. If I had my way, Miami would play notre dame in Indianapolis for their bowl game --- Why Indianapolis, instead of right here in South Bend . . ? Simple ... It's too godforsaken cold to watch Miami lose in the snow. At least in Indy it would be inside a dome.
Eric wrote:I think Michigan will be either Texas or Buffalo Wild Wings which probably narrows our opponents down to Kansas State or Texas Tech. The Gator Bowl would be a possibility. Can't say I'm looking forward to the postseason.
If so, then I would think a Kansas St match up would make for a decent game. The Wildcats have been all over the place this season, and are probably less consistent than Michigan.
Texas Tech, on-the-other-hand, has looked good when they play well. But look destitute when they lose momentum. After their first loss, they seemed to fall apart. But, they have also shown they can actually pick themselves back up. I would suspect, also, that Michigan's D would have a hard time keeping pace with the Red Raiders. A good defense can press them ... I just don't believe the Wolverines have what it would take to slow that team down. The game would stay close for the first quarter and a half, then, Texas Tech would start distancing themselves, with a couple of quick scores just before halftime.
Spence wrote:I think Ohio State will win but Michigan will get yards against the Buckeye D because everyone does. I just don't think the Michigan defense can stop Ohio State. It will be closer than people think.
Yes, Ohio St will win by 29, instead of 30.
