2014 Schedule

Postby donovan » Thu Feb 27, 2014 11:08 am

The Mountain West just released Boise State's 2014 Schedule. They open with Ole Miss. Currently one of the weakest SEC teams. The rest of the schedule looks like BSU schedules of old. Nothing exciting and would only become so if they have a streak of no losses. Entirely possible, but so many unknowns at this point, hard to say. The MWC has a championship game this year, so will see how that plays out.

08/28/14 vs. Ole Miss Atlanta, GA TBA
09/06/14 vs. Colorado State * Boise, Idaho TBA
09/13/14 at Connecticut East Hartford, Conn. TBA
09/20/14 vs. Louisiana-Lafayette Boise, Idaho TBA
09/27/14 at Air Force * Colorado Springs, Colo. TBA
10/04/14 at Nevada * Reno, Nev. TBA
10/18/14 vs. Fresno State * Boise, Idaho TBA
10/25/14 vs. BYU Boise, Idaho TBA
11/08/14 at New Mexico * Albuquerque, N.M. TBA
11/15/14 vs. San Diego State * Boise, Idaho TBA
11/22/14 at Wyoming * Laramie, Wyo. TBA
11/29/14 vs. Utah State * Boise, Idaho TBA

Looks like lots of games a BSU fan can travel to see the games. That is what you want to build and keep a fan base.

Boise should do fairly well.

..the Ole Miss, Utah State, and BYU games are of interest to me...hope that they will be on at a time that does not conflict with my watching the Noles (or are not on in the middle of the night eastern time).

I think all of these games have the potential to get interesting deep into the 4th.

Boise should be fine. Though, there was something to build off of last season for several teams on the Broncos' schedule.

Then again, I've seen teams who've been touted as riding in with a little moment to the next season, fall flat, time & again ... [Miami]

The above games should be fun, however. So I'll be watching.

I wouldn't consider Ole Miss the weakest. Though they are second from the bottom in the West. They are ahead of Tenn and Kentucky in the East. I expect them to get better too.

If you make it to that game, let me know!!
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.
