BYU in Trouble

Postby Eric » Sat Oct 04, 2014 1:01 am

Tough game for the Cougars at home. They lost one of their defensive leaders to an ankle injury and then lost Taysom Hill in the first half. They look petty deflated. Can't stop the deep ball tonight for whatever reason and they're not moving the ball with the backup. It's a shame because this would have been a very dangerous team, but with Hill suffering from a leg fracture, he could miss the rest of the year.

That is more than any team can rebound from. The past four years Utah State has really developed.

Utah State killed them with the deep pass! I don't think BYU would have pulled the game out even if Hill didn't get hurt (and the interception fest that came after that never happened). I felt bad for McMahon...not the best night for the scrap book.
