This was the kind of performance that could have driven Alabama down to the wire, although Ole Miss has been at times their own worst enemy. I've been thinking that TCU posed the best chance of beating Alabama out of the three, so we'll see what happens. This is a massive blowout, not even remotely close from kickoff. Ole Miss has been a weird team because they do have the wins against Alabama and Mississippi State on their resume, but at times this season they have looked very shaky and very clunky. "Bad Bo" showed up today for the Rebels.
Ohio State better give Alabama a game or else the committee is never going to hear the end of it.

I agree, but turnovers had lots to do with this being a blowout. LSU getting beat surprised me as much as this game.

Re: TCU Smokes Ole Miss
Loved every minute of the game. Wish TCU could have put up a few more TD's and kept Ole Miss from scoring. I also love watching LSU lose yesterday (even if it was to Notre Dame).
Little side note: Arkansas and TCU both went 3-0 vs common opponents. TCU won three games by a combined 172-40 and Arkansas won the three games by a combined 110-35. Would like to see Arkansas get a shot at TCU on a neutral field.
If either playoff game is a blowout then TCU fans will be livid...as well as Baylor fans (who beat TCU and are Big XII champs).

That would be an interesting game. I think Arkansas is pretty much a top 25 team, despite the 7-6 record. They've probably played one of the toughest schedule out of anybody in the last five years or so with drawing Georgia and Missouri from the East. If they got Kentucky and Vandy instead, this team would have been 8-4 and would have been in the top 20.

Since Nov 1, 2014 the a Razorback defense gave up an average of 9.5 points a game. If not for a tripping call they go up by 21 vs A&M and probably win that game, they fumbled on the 1 inch line going in for a TD vs Bama and lost by 1, and lead Miss St and Missouri over 50 minutes in both games (both road games and almost won). They return almost everyone on the two deep next year. Hogs will be good next year...very good!
Just read that Arkansas has a home and home scheduled with TCU in 2016 and 2017.
And Eric you will like this: I also read Arkansas has a home and home vs Michigan in 2018 and 2019

The way I see it, TCU doesn't have an argument no matter what happens tomorrow because Baylor finished 5th. TCU didn't have a chance to get in anyway - as it turned out. And they can't argue much that Baylor should have finished behind them.

And FSU opens with Ole Miss next season...

Re: TCU Smokes Ole Miss
I did know about the future series between Arkansas and Michigan. Let's hope Harbaugh has made us a tougher team by then, because that could be a "man's man" type of game

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.
The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.
See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

Yep. LSU was a shocker, and it's really bad that it was Notre Dame.
I was as shocked as anybody that Ole Miss lost the way they did. They are still my "most improved" SEC team over the last 3 years. Hugh Freeze has done a lot for them.

ESPN is going to have to put big Spin on their super hype of the SEC West. Or...just act like they didn't say it. Looks like Geo Tech is twisting Mississippi in the first two minutes.
