Georgia Tech is being Georgia Tech. Miss. State has their hands full.

The SEC West may not be all we have been told.

I thought they were the "Ninth Division in the NFL"? :?

Mississippi State is making a comeback though and I think they're going to win this game. I took GT and it looked great after a quarter, but the chunk plays aren't there right now and Mississippi State isn't giving them any yardage up the middle. That's really how Georgia Tech does their damage. They're hitting home runs when defenses are tempted to pinch inside. GT is a big-play offense though so you never know if their points will come in bursts or not. We'll see.

What an exciting end to the first half.

That hail Mary..and the batted catch had to hurt GT who thought they were going into the locker room up a TD.

GT got screwed in the first half....that fumble by Miss. State...no review...and if there was a whistle for forward motion completed, it was one of the quickest whistles I have ever seen....bad, bad call...and a potential game changer.

Doesn't seem to have slowed them down any.

Miss state must stop them on this drive or it is probably over and we still have 4 min left in 3rd.

Well, I say that just about did it. Miss St defense is tired and GT will score on every possession now. Up by 22 will be too much to come back from.

I am loving it!

GT scores, they're up 42-20. Even though I was leaning Mississippi State after that 20 point second quarter, this was the reason I went with Georgia Tech. This kind of attack can grind anyone down if they bust loose on the edge, and GT's blocking game has really sprung Thomas and the backs loose in the second half. Paul Johnson can operate a big-time offense with a dual-threat QB.

While GT is hard to game plan for, playing them with 3 weeks to prepare should be enough to be ready to play them. It isn't like playing them with a week to prepare and not seeing anyone like them all year.

FSU played four safetys in the second half...manned up on receivers and had a safety spying the QB. The trick with GT is stopping anything inside...and making them go out...hopefully to yur in charging defenders.

They have been getting the corner on MSU the whole game. Also that delay up the middle has been money too.
