90 days
Well summer is upon us and the longing for the college game seems to grow just a lil more with each waking sunrise. If my math is correct, and its spotty at times, we are just 90 days away from the start of the FBS season. The slate may be a bit lacking but it screams football is back and that will be good enough for me. Even better tho, its not even 90 days before we get our first taste of action as 4 time defending champ NDSU takes on an always tough Montana squad in Missoula. This game kicks off the Saturday prior, Aug 29th. Its still a ways to go but its getting closer and that's something.

I feel your passion. I get excited about baseball and can not get my fill, but knowing fall is there for us, makes it all good. Boise State will be killer this year or so far over their head....not sure which.

Hey, count me in as being excited. I've been away from the board for too long!

I'm going to watch the all star game and then start thinking about football.

I am personally excited for football in general. But I'm getting really excited about things in Athens, although I know I will probably end up being disappointed.
I'm just using the Spence method for dealing with disappointment.

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.
The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.
See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.
