After the sad end to last year (self-imposed no tournament) maybe this year we will be in. Way too early polls have UL a 4 seed in the west; but, the school has not heard from the NCAA yet. Recruiting seems OK though it's hard to tell who took UL out of consideration.

Still no official word from the NCAA over our scandal; however, it apparently hasn't affected recruiting much. And, if you believe in recruiting things are going like gangbusters. I take a more cautious approach and want them on campus and in games before I count stars.

One possible open slot for Rick Pitino. Should be a good year with the incoming talent added to the mix.

NCAA scandal punishments seem extreme and appeals have been filed. Who knows what the result will be. However, recruiting has been out of site for this year and also for next year. Things for the basketball season should be great this year and next year. I think Pitino will be out to prove a point.

A couple of 7-foot plus centers are visiting toward next year's recruiting. All interesting.
