Most don't seem to like Mike Leach. A checkered past that when challenged, he has always prevailed. Done wonders at WSU, the fact he stays in Pullman means the town loves him. His latest reported.

Makes some sense...him teaching insurgent warfare and football strategy.
Asymetrical warfare is always about fighting a superior force in a way that allows you to compete...
Leach's football strategies are just that...his air raid offenses allowed him to compete with programs that had overall better athletes....GT and Navy have also played this gambit in the opposite direction...using the option attack.
When opponents must prepare in a week for a new scheme...particularly one that their offense/scout team doesn't run regularly, it creates an advantage.

I'm not a big Mike Leach fan, but I do like his sense of humor sometimes.
