Yep..... behind both the times and the curve yet again. It’ll be interesting to see how they go about implementing their rule. They’ll probably halfass it as they usually do without taking the time to perform a properly researched and vetted rule.

Congress can make all the rules they want to make. The NCAA only has to say we have decided any schools who want to follow our rules are NCAA sanctioned and the rest can play in another league.
