Success is measured by results; whereas Character is measured through the means by which one achieves those results . . .

(1.) Ohio State….. if you like defense, don’t miss this one.
(2.) Arkansas
(3.) Georgia Tech
(4.) Baylor….. trusting your gut feeling can, at times, cause brown streaks in your underwear
(5.) Air Force
(6.) ECU
(7.) Oregon
(8.) Alabama….. when in doubt, bet on Saban
(9.) Iowa
(10.) Nebraska
(11.) Wake Forest
(12.) Oklahoma State….. Guess who’s going to be sitting in low to mid 50 degrees and light rain…….. you know, in that weather and considering Okie State likes to throw it around, while the Mountaineers like to run it, maybe, just maybe I should reconsider. Hmmmm, I think I’ll woller that around in my head for a bit. FYI, (“woller around in my head for a bit” is hillbilly parlance for, “I’m going to give it some thought.”
(13.) Ole Miss
(14.) BYU
(15.) Kansas State
(16.) San José
(17.) Florida State
(18.) USC….. I wanted to take the Utes, but their offense whispered to me, “Reconsider”.
(19.) Clemson
(20.) Georgia State

”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.
The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.
See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

Saturday, October 21rst
(1.) Penn State --- [just a feeling, but, I have been wrong so frequently]
(2.) Arkansas --- [Hogs have gotten close to doing something vs the best]
(3.) Georgia Tech --- [one of these teams will crack +.500 the other will fall behind]
(4.) Cincinnati --- [maybe a breakthrough game for the Bearcats]
(5.) Air Force --- [the Falcons have been flying high, but it'll be far off the perch]
(6.) ECU --- [two teams, with nearly identical awful seasons and statistics]
(7.) Oregon --- [I think we already saw the best pairing from the Pac last week]
(8.) Tennessee --- [aside from the game in the swamp, they've been solid]
(9.) Iowa --- [they have no offense, but, the gofers barely have a team]
(10.) Nebraska --- [neither are very good ... Home Team pick]
(11.) Wake Forest --- [the Panthers maybe ready to crash after last week's high]
(12.) Oklahoma State --- [the Pokes started playing football again]
(13.) Ole Miss --- [these guys have been pretty good, been when they're bad]
(14.) BYU --- [Their inability to run gives me reservations, though]
(15.) TCU --- [they sure found something in the new kid under center]
(16.) Utah State --- [occasionally the road team is a better bet]
(17.) Florida State --- [I really wanted to take the other guys]
(18.) Utah --- [I was going to take the Trojans, tho, I've been wrong a lot]
(19.) Miami --- [both have the talent to win, I just have an alliance]
(20.) Louisiana --- [tough game to pick ... Home Team decider]
