Predictions 2024: Week Ten

"It is only impossible until it has been accomplished." ... then it becomes standardized ...
Success is measured by results; whereas Character is measured through the means by which one achieves those results . . .
It seems the Rapture did come for two worthy souls:
In Memory of Grandpa Howdy
In Memory of Donovan Davisson

”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd

Saturday, November 2cnd
(1.) Indiana --- [to be fair; Sparty might give them their best test yet]
(2.) Iowa --- [too many of these are up for grabs]
(3.) Penn State --- [I may change this one; though I changed my ND/Navy pick regrettably]
(4.) Miami --- [do I need to say it ..?]
(5.) Ole Miss --- [if this were a night game, I might've taken the other guys]
(6.) Illinois --- [now we'll see how well the respond after a crushing defeat]
(7.) N.C. State --- [as time zones go; this one kicks off at 9 am for the Cardinal]
(8.) Virginia Tech --- [although it's in the Dome ... McCord is the QB for the `Cuse]
(9.) Toledo --- [this was a strength of schedule judgement]
(10.) Auburn --- [this may be a fools gold pick]
(11.) Old Dominion --- [probably one of the more evenly matched games]
(12.) Georgia --- [however, the reptiles are playing the best ball of their season, now]
(13.) Florida State --- [I don't know ... maybe]
(14.) UCF --- [it seems as though whenever I pick them, they lose ... I just don't trust `Zona]
(15.) UTEP --- [the battle for last place in Conference USA]
(16.) UL Monroe --- [unless the change in region affects them]
(17.) Arizona State --- [until the Okie Pokes can prove otherwise, gotta take the opposition]
(18.) Texas A&M --- [these guys look tough; I still wouldn't be surprised if it goes the other way]
(19.) Washington --- [the other guys lost to Maryland with a 14 point lead in the 4th]
(20.) SMU --- [Panthers may slow em down, but McCord ain't slingin the ball for the Mustangs]
