Every time an official throws a flag there are close to equal amounts of people who agree and disagree on the call. That said it is hard to believe that the number 1 defense in the nation didn’t get held once in 800 tries.

……….. College Football’s lack of integrity off the field is well documented, and now we’re reading about questionable integrity on the field.

Which raises the question, ‘What’s going to be done about it?????’ My guess would be they do what they always do, form a committee…….

Until the referees are paid and work through a central source, they won’t have the same guidance or consistency. Also, the fact that they don’t get paid much compared to how much money the sport generates means they are ripe for being infiltrated by people trying to get a gambling advantage.

The schools want to have their cake and eat it too. It is 100% their fault. They have only themselves to blame. They want someone else to make a decision so they don't have to and so they can criticize it later.

This seems to be a lot of leadership lately, not just college Presidents and ADs. :(

People seem to like the titles, but not the responsibility that comes with it.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

………. I suppose this is what they’ve come up with. Form another ‘Committee’, also known as ‘We’ve got to come up with a way to protect our phony bologna jobs”
