………. They’re setting the stage for chaos and more lawsuits like or similar to this. That’s another reason College Athletics needs an ‘NCAA’ to set requirements and standards. That governance needs to be at a National Level and not at the conference level. We all know the history of how College Athletics got to this point.

I think eventualy they are going to try to separate the revenue sports and non revenue sports and then that is when they will have the mother of all lawsuits on sports.

It’s going to take strong governance, leadership, enforcement, consequence and buy-in by the schools and conferences if this to going to work on a National Level…….

And if the Powers that Be continue on with their marching orders, then, either it's about being the only brand available, or, they're just the public faces paid to take the scrutiny by TV Network Execs.

Because, let's face it. Who really benefits from less programs getting a share of the pie, when there's more money to be had?
