She probably didn't see it. People in California only get news from LA and New York. I don't think many know their is even land in between.

Yep, that's for sure. She came to visit her grandparents the summer after she graduated from high school. After all the hugs and hellos at the airport I recall her saying there was quite a difference between LAX and airport in Charleston.

They may not have looked good against Pitt, but we have a young team and this is the year for learning; the College Basketball world better get ready for The Mountaineers  next year.

So when they make the tournament, what seed do you think they're going to get?

I would say an 8 or 9 seed at this point. West Virginia has a solid basketball team.

WVU, is right ... the Mountaineers are young, but do have some talent, and that usually means they will win some they're not supposed to win and lose some they're not supposed to lose ... which has been the case this season.

They have Georgetown, Seton Hall, Providence, Pitt and Cincy remaining in the regular season and then the Big East Tournament ...... the bid to the tournament is there for the taking, we'll see how they fare.

I they can knock off G'town or Pitt and not lose to S.Hall, Providence and Cincy and amybe win a couple in the conference tournament I'd guess they would be a lock, but if they don't ...... well, there's a bunch of good teams out there.
