Yep.
Seriously though, it should be a really close game. Duke has struggled to beat very many teams from the FBS. If I'm not mistaken, they've beat two FBS schools since 2004 (Clemson and Northwestern). The only game that broke up that really long losing streak was against VMI and James Madison is no VMI. The Dukes should be a solid team this year, they're in the top fives of almost every FCS poll out there.
