They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

I will check it out. I have recently watched "Yes Man" with Jim Carrey and "Bedtime Stories" with Adam Sandler. Both had laugh outloud moments. I preferred "Yes Man" though.

I rarely go to movies...only if something really peaks my curiosity.

I should go see it, it looks very good. And there is another on I've seen previewed in the last 4 or 5 days. The lead's daughter get's kidnapped, I can't even picture his face right now...but he's not your typical action guy!

I think "TAKEN" is the name of it. Previews look real good. When the kidnapper calls for ransom, the Dad basically says that he doesn't have any money but he has the skills to hunt him down and kill him, and the kidnapper says "Good luck". I think I may have to go see that one. I also thought Gran Torino looked promising, too.

I know this is off topic but Eric have you switched teams on us. I see you have the Vanderbilt avatar by your name. :D

Just read in the general section what is up with the changing of the avatar..... Thought you had dropped Michigan and I didn't think you would do something like that.....no matter how upset you get at them.

Ahhh, you are crazy, I just saw the trailer again! I bet that is going to be good. If you like action without sacrificing acting!

He doesn't know when to raise the White Flag! He wouldn't pick Vandy anyway, he is a closet WVU fan! When he comes form the Dark Side he will be able to keep many shirts and socks the way RR did when he went to the Dark Side. (But he cried much more than Vader did! Lacking force is he!) :P

Saw Gran Torino Saturday night. Interesting flick, but not sure it's worth the buzz it's getting. Don't get me wrong - I enjoyed it, and it was a better than a lot of stuff out there - just fell short of overblown expectations.

I read IMDB a lot and I guess word is that he sacrificed a bit of acting for authenticity. Most of the Hmong actors were in their first roles, like Toad. It was interesting, and on the surface it doesn't look like a deep movie, but I thought it had a message about the American Dream (a.k.a., his Gran Torino). You may be right that it's not one of the greatest movies of all time or anything, but I liked it because my grandparents, who grew up in the depression, pretty much were "do-it-yourselfers" so I feel like I know a Walt Kowalski

Someone report back when they've seen Taken.

"I don‘t know you who you are. I don‘t know what you want. If you‘re looking for a ransom, I can tell you, I don‘t have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills acquired over a very long career in the shadows, skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that will be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don‘t, I will look for you, I will find you. And I will kill you." – "Taken"

I'm going to an adapted paraphrase of this the next time I get pulled over!
