Saying FSU is awful right now is the same as saying water is wet...the north pole is cold...Dairy Queen Blizzards are awesome...just hard to argue with facts.

It is a little early right now to no who is good and who is not. Clearly the Oklahoma game showed that Oklahoma is better then Florida State. I think that is all you can draw from the game.

I hear people singing Ohio State's praises and I am saying, the have lots of holes to plug to be a good team. They have talent, which is what got them through the Miami game, but Pryor could have just as easily thrown four INTs in that game and MiAmi would have been " back" and Ohio State would have been the team that can't keep up with southern teams. Instead I hear how Miami isn't ready to compete with the Ohio State's of the world.

The big problem is the talking heads don't know as much about the game as people think. Of course that isn't the case with Yeofoot, he just wants to rub it in with BB. I think the point is whether it is Ohio State, Florda State, Boise State, or James Madison - One game is just that.

No one can tell me VT loses to James Madison more then one in a thousand, so what does that win tell us? That we need to watch VT a few more games to see if they were unprepared after the BS game or just not good this year. We are too quick to anoint the great and even quicker to condemn the teams we deem unworthy. It is a game, let the play and see where the whole body of work takes them.

I'd be so humiliated if I was a Seminole fan right now! Hey, let's force out one of the greatest coaches of ALL TIME! Way to go FSU. Your fans are terrible. Your administrators are terrible. Now...your team is terrible. The situation is so bad...I'm humiliated for the fans! Seriously...YOU GOT WHAT YOU DESERVED!!! Anybody know how to pass a Music Appreciation Class???

Having the Iowa Hawkeyes as one of my two favorite teams, I understand awful. Iowa went through 20 straight years of never eclipsing the .500 mark. Those times do however, make the more recent success even more enjoyable. I would surely love to see Texas GET WHAT THEY DESERVE someday.

I'm sure you would like to see Texas "GET WHAT THEY DESERVE someday." I'd be bitter too if my favorite team played someone 77 times and only won 21 of those games. How many SWC championships and/or National Championships would Arkansas have if they hadn't been Texas' doormats for so long?

Don't worry, after Arkansas chokes, you can always fall back on the tried and true Arkansas slogan after another loss "SEC! SEC! SEC!"

My post was just about your trash talking tone concerning FSU. I only responded as it seems somewhat unlike what is normally posted. Texas has a much better program historically than Arkansas and probably all BCS schools other than possibly Ohio St, Michigan, Southern Cal ,Alabama and Notre Dame.

It would be sort of like me trying to trash TCU or Iowa St (Arkansas beat about 20 times in a row) or some other lesser program. I really don't see the point.

My posting is normally about my teams and my opinion on things in general. Very seldom do I feel the need to say that, this or that team is terrible. I might say that about my own team, as I might follow them closer.

I'm in Tuscaloosa, AL...about to check out the Bear Bryant Museum. Wow, these people around here treat everyday like it's game day!

You are correct about Tuscaloosa. I have been there for a couple of ball games. Very nice stadium.
