You don't prepare yourself for playing a team 20 times, you have to prepare for THAT game.

That is right ? it takes twenty years to play twenty times. So the team has completely changed five to six times by the time that happens. Not a good argument.

I think polls should wait 'till like week 5.

I think the Harris won't look that different from what we say now because a slate has already scribed on. Very hard not to erase that from your mind. But if polls didn't come out, the Networks would have polls, as the rankings are part of their tool kit, 1) For creating drama, 2) advertising the games they are airing. Then these polls would have some credence and probably have gotten more lead quality than they should ever get...so...we got what we got!

I think it is mostly because Harris voters are weenies.

That finding could not readily be discredited! :D

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

Do they make Hostess Cup Cakes that BIG?

The Twinkie isn't even in the same league as the Hostess Cup Cake! Not even close my friends! Come on Maaaaan! They call it a cup cake schedule, get the "single serving plastic wrapped desert" correct!

I prefer Little Debbie...they have a fluffy center as well.

The Little Debbie factory is 10 minutes from my house. Oh yeah, I get to try the new flavors before the rest of the country...not sure how I keep getting fatter...

So then why is Boise State out of the top 10 in your opinion? They won, and they win all the time.

I don't think I have ever had a Twinkie or a Little Debbie. But then I've never done heroin either. I wonder which would be more addictive.

Little Debbie's.

Oregon would be #1, right? Boise State wouldn't be in the top 10? Texas probably would be #15ish. Ohio State would probably still be top 5. JMU might be in the top 25. Michigan would be top 10.

Ahhh, a college football world without bias...

Oregon continues to flex their muscles, and I would like to point out that you heard it here first. They've played like the best team in the country all year, and it shouldn't have taken Bama and Ohio State losing to move them up to #1.

Seriously, these guys are very good.

They looked good last year too, with basically the same team they have now. I think they are one of the best teams for sure, not sure about being the best team. Ohio State isn't great and they played pretty well against Oregon.

I would like to point out with a kind of smug satisfaction....that I ranked Oregon #1 pretty early. 8)
