Michigan has played five games.
Against Connecticut, Notre Dame, FCS Umass, Bowling Green and Indiana.
They all think the Freshman QB has won the Heisman Trophy.
I have been impressed so far, but not sure he should even be considered for this after only five games, with UConn probably being the toughest competition.
Let's talk after they play Mich St, Iowa and THE Ohio St at the end of the year.

Razor, I think we will know plenty after Michigan plays your boys. Around the Horn is just a bunch of talk, round, and round, and round. If the hopeful can put up Heisman like numbers against Iowa, then his campaign will be very meaningful.

He is fun to watch but it's too early to crown anyone.
Let the season play out. If Mallett continues to put up numbers, keeps is Int's low like last season, and Ark continues to win he will be in the running at the end of the year. Before the bye week for Ar on Sat Mallett was leading in most passing statistical categories... Over 1,400 yards in 4 games, 12 TD I believe (10 passing, 2 rushing), #1 QB rating in the country, and a comp percentage around 70%.
I think The RB at Oregon will be in the mix. They were showing ne of his TD runs from Sat on ESPN and I honestly thought they were showing it in fast forward....no real time. That kid has serious speed...you talk about seperation.
I also think that Ingram at Bama has a shot at winning again. He is a stout guy that runs over people and has good speed as well. And of course Bama will have the wins which seems to be a must to have a real shot at winning.
Pryor will be discussed because he plays for a good team and he will put up good numbers.
Moore at Boise will be mentioned but the Heisman voters will bring up the competition he faces.
And Luck at Stanford will be in the mix if Stanford wins a lt of games.
Oh...and I can't watch Around the Horn. Terrible shoe and I don't like the format at all. I am almost done with The Experts too. I can not stand that Pollack kid who played for Georgia.

Okay, I want to talk mess too! WVU will have too much skill at 4 positions playing too many teams with too few skills (likely) to get attention this year. But next year, if we have any O-line they will have 2 guys to watch.

I think Pryor is out of it. He is hurt and he is done with the easy part of the schedule.
