A Moratorium on Boise State, For All That is Holy...

I think I'm down for a moratorium on the subject just cause I don't have anything else I want or could say. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion otherwise we wouldn't have anything to discuss. People have made some very valid points on both sides of the discussion and I respect their point of view and their opinions.

If anything I am being closed minded when it comes to Boise. I have laid down a blanket ultimatum to put them in the NC and have been bull headed in sticking to that ultimatum. I do not know if past years merits should count towards this year or whether they should only be judged on what they have done this season. I can understand both sides of that argument, and if I throw out previous accomplishments Ohio St., Alabama, and Oregon would be my top 3. Boise would be ranked somewhere between 7-10 and only because they beat Oregon St. this past weekend.

Anyway to each their own. It is your god given right to believe how you want to believe and I'll respect and understand your beliefs even when they are counter to my own.

Now, I'm taking a vow of silence on the subject, no more Boise St. rants outside of this thread. I will let the season play out and only come November should the subject need discussion will I approach the subject again.

Censorship is alive and well...I might just point out..the Boise supporters on this site are not the ones that keep bringing Boise up. Stanford at Oregon is the do not miss game for me. I think Stanford may do the upset thing. Florida and Alabama will be telling....I think Alabama will be exposed as the paper tiger.

Indeed...I am pretty sure that is why Boise avoided them.

And...because Eric BUMPED IT...

But...America loves David against Goliath. Had just a couple more of the WAC teams appeared on Alabama’s schedule (besides San Jose State), the Tide would be crucified by the media despite the gauntlet of a conference schedule they would still be playing. Now Boise State has 2 quality opponents in 12 games this season and suddenly people are looking the other way?
