Someone add to this list. SMU-death penalty. Minnesota bball-severe sanctions. Illinois-slush fund scandal 20 years ago? Indiana bball-slush fund 50+ years ago. USC-current problems. Alabama-10 years ago. Most these examples were at highly ranked seasons or string of seasons. Conclusion: to win big you must cheat. There are even allegations about a key booster when Wooden was coaching at UCLA from article I have read! Didn't the Hawkeyes have a bad stretch sometime, somewhere awhile back?
The preceding statements are solely the opinion of GoBoilers and are, therefore, probably not based whatsoever on fact, research or more time in thought than what was required to physically type them. They're probably correct anyway, so you shouldn't argue too much, because otherwise he'll just blather on forever. On the internet Al Gore invented.

The only thing I can remember, with reference to Iowa, is some law breakers off field/court incidents. Of course, this type stuff is almost everywhere. I do think Tennessee and Florida probably are at the top of this list though.

I don't remember Iowa or Purdue having too many sanctions. I believe Miami, FL has the distinction of lawbreaker U. At one time 12-15 years ago, if memory serves me, they had 5 violent felony players! No school is totally immune to that. Purdue has had their infrequent but, embarassing players.
