Light years ago $15/month "laundry" $$$ was paid. It was eliminated sometime late 70's early 80's. With inflation that would be $100-$150/month.

Do they pay members of the gymnastics, baseball, or basketball teams a stipend?
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.
