Pickem for 2011
Just wondering if you would like me to help with this for the upcoming year. I can build a spreadsheet to copy and paste all the picks into and automate the process of computing the results. I don't wish to step on Eric's toes, but I realize last year the results did take a lot of his time. I am retired and have a lot of time. I just need a life.

The preceding statements are solely the opinion of GoBoilers and are, therefore, probably not based whatsoever on fact, research or more time in thought than what was required to physically type them. They're probably correct anyway, so you shouldn't argue too much, because otherwise he'll just blather on forever. On the internet Al Gore invented.

They used to have a web app. I've been trying to think of a way to build another one but I always think about it when I'm not near a computer.

That would be great Razor. I think Eric would appreciate the help.

The most important thing, is to get most of the picks in the same format. Then it would be pretty easy. We could have Eric supply us with the 20 games to pick and I could do the results. It seems last year most of the games had relatively close spreads, which is important, so that not everyone picks the same side of the game.

Eric has gone missing. Something drastic must have happened..maybe he got married never to be seen again.

I miss Eric. I hope he's OK.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The Southern Canadian is missing?

Not seen him in a while...NOR you for that matter.

Glad your back. I'm ready for some football.

I wondered how long it would take WoVe U to show up. With Hologorsen's new offense about to be unleashed, he has to be excited.
I am a WVU board homie and have been for for nine years...you can always find Billy on the Scout WVU free board posting and keeping up with the Eers.
If WVU gets by LSU, this year could be a great one for them...

Relax guys, I'm here and swell! Not married and no baby.
I would like that a lot, Razorhawk. I'll pick the games and you can do the spreadsheet. I'm not going to have enough time as it stands.

Will do.
I will make a post in the Picks thread about the best way to enter the games. That would be to do a copy and paste from your post and then edit the games, only leaving your pick on the reply. This way most everyone will be entering the teams the same way.
Where are you getting your games? As what I might also do, is create a macro that will replace other spelling with the correct team spelling, if someone is unable to follow directions. Hey, Goboilers, are you reading this?:)
