Georgia v. Florida

Postby Derek » Sat Oct 29, 2011 3:46 pm

The Georgia defense looked asleep on the first drive. I hope it's just the jitters. They missed tackles everywhere. Not a good start.

The only good thing is that the QB is not 100% and has limited mobility. I expect they will pull him before the game is over.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

I've never seen Ga look so bad on defense. Ridiculous.

The ball game is over and it's not even through the 1st Quarter yet.

Wow! What a clutch 4th down sack by the former USC Trojan Jarvis Jones to seize possession & more or less seal up the game .

I turned away and kept up with the score only to find that Georgia might win.....I don't know how this is happening, it's like they both don't want to win.

Florida is TERRIBLE with their QB as immobile as he is. Lot of heart though, I'll give him that.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never been so glad to be wrong. EVER!! :P :P :P :P

Any time that Ga beats FL it's a big deal to a Ga fan, because it happens so rarely.

This game was key for Georgia on two aspects:

a.) it keeps the Dawgs in-line for an SEC Title game appearance

b.) wins like these over rivals give you an edge in regional recruiting

Great victory for Uga . . .

WOW, early this morning something woke me up and I changed my pick in this game from Florida to Georgia, glad I did that!

Yeah, as sloppy as it was, and with what some believe will be a Tenn upset of South Carolina, they are in the drivers seat for the East. And it's been a long time since that happened.

Ga will move up in the polls, but should not move far IMO.

Speaking of picks, I wish I could remember to get that done. :(

South Carolina has to come to Ark this next Saturday. Hopefully Arkansas can help your Bulldogs out with a win agains the Gamecocks.
"A team with something to play for is dangerous, but a team with someone to play for is unstoppable..." Arkansas OL Brey Cook quote following the death of teammate Garrett Uekman (Nov. 2011).
