Barring horrific injuries like last year, I think that FSU will have a great season this year.

The defense will again be good although it will be hard to improve upon last year's #2 ranking behind Bama. It is the offense that will be better with a O line that is healthy.

Watch for a beast of a kid coming out this year at WR. Kelvin Benjamin at 6'6", 240, and a 4.5 forty is tearing up fall camp. Stoops, FSU defensive coordinator, just chuckled in an interview and said.."He is a monster".

Last "time" post for me. Louisville plays next Sunday only 7 days off. I guess many other schools are ready to play too. Now it's the real thing.

Tomorrow is the big day. Boise will have a tough time. Defense will be the issue. lost nine starters, 7 of which went to the NFL. Tough to think you will have the coordination of playing with the same guys over a period of time. I think Southwick, QB may be all right. Has a strong arm, not like Moore...but does he have the field presence where Moore excelled. My prediction based on hope and wishful thinking...both which have significant merit in my book, Boise by 10.

The Boise-Michigan State game is one of the few big games this week end....

Michigan State should be very good...I suspect that if Boise wins or hangs close without Kellen under center, that Boise will be good this year.

I like Mark Dantonio and generally root for them to win. I will root for the Bronco's in this one.

Tough loss for the Broncos....did anyone pick MSU to win the Big 10 this year?
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

- John Madden
