Is the new Kentucky coach.

I will miss Joker....or his wife, not sure which.

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

Frankly, that is a better hire than I thought they'd get; so, maybe, UK will rise up again to mid-level in the SEC. Hopefully, they will not lose to WKU again.

Fan blogs were pushing for Bobby P. but I never thought the administration ever considered him. And, speaking of Bobby P., I think some of the lustre has worn off him as I am not hearing much talk of him lately considering all of the good jobs opening up.

I would have to agree with swampdaddy on this, certainly on the basis of same recognition. I didn't think he was a top notch DC at FSU. But it's still a one notch move upward for Kentucky.

It's rumored the Auburn is talking to Petrino. I don't know what Auburn is thinking, they might just be desperate.

There is NO WAY I would hire Petrino with his track record.

Yesterday it was rumored that UL Coach Strong talke with Auburn (so Auburn rumors are flying). He vehemently denied this; but, "only the Shadow knows what lies in the minds of men". And, with that, I've sure given away my age. :P

Stoops has been a great DC at FSU...where ya been?

FSU in the 2009 season before Stoops...#109 Total Defense. A horrible defensive team. Stoops, in two years had FSU in the Top 10 in defense and this year, his third year, in the Top 5.

2012 FSU Defensive Rankings...Total Defense...#2...Scoring Defense #7.... Rushing Defense #5..... Passing Defense #3
