It is all about the eye hand co-ordination.

The guy I played against was Garin Varis. He played for Stanford and then New England. I was a couple years older then him when I played against him. You didn't want to let him catch you square. I wished I had got that advice ten minutes before he hit me. That made my decision to play baseball easy.

Clyde the Glide?? Nice.

I remember standing next to Tree Rollins in the Ryans steakhouse in Riverdale, GA one time....I'm 6'5" and I felt small, he's 7 foot something.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

I was standing behind Tayshaun Prince's cousin in a Detroit airport headed for LA so he could see him play in the NBA finals. Does that count?

Oh, and I was going to get an autograph from Bobby Higginson himself and he totally blew me off because I didn't have a sharpie. I mean he didn't even make eye contact with me. I always thought the guy was a jerk
