Well, first kudo's to the NCAA for doing this. Hard to fault a decision to correct something wrong, even though it was like Mr. Billybud's oft quote analogy, the emperor has new clothes.

This certainly puts them in a position to enforce with a clearer conscience their rules. As I see it, students agreed to the rules. They need to follow them. I think stipends go a long way to help many issues, but it certainly would not apply to Manziel.

I'm not impressed. They had to be caught before they repented. Maybe they should be the ones on probation.
