I See Where Some Guy........
........named Guy Fieri, he’s some kind of food guy, wants to jump on the Christopher Columbus hater bandwagon, and rename Columbus Ohio to “Flavortown”.
It’s obvious to me this guy has never lined-up against ‘The Buckeyes’ in ‘The Shoe’....... cause that bunch will knock your dick in the dirt and ‘leave a bad taste in your mouth’!!!!!

I was wondering how long before someone would start that movement ...
However, my thoughts are, if the South & Central Americans continue to revere and cherish their heritage, including that of Columbus and they do; then why should people in North American, where Columbus did not land, object.
It's like all of those white guilt liberals, who force a school to change it's sports names from Red Skins, to something else, claiming that the term is racist toward Native Americans --- but then when you ask the local tribes of their feelings, they say, it's an honor to be recognized, and they do not look at the term "Red Skin" as being derogatory.
They did that to an area high school near me just 2 years ago. The news clip of the woman leading this charge in their town council, claimed she knew how the local Natives felt, and said they wanted it changed. Saying she knew, because talked with the tribal leaders --- Except,I personally know for certain, that was not true --- That school is in as close to 100% white Township as you can get. And they never even asked any of the area tribes people to attend the council meeting, to voice their opinions.
She just wanted her virtue signal badge of honor, to make her feel less guilty, and proud that she made a difference. Even if that difference was founded upon a lie.

My goodness, so here we are with a bunch of people running around tearing down statues, demanding logos and mascots be changed because of their color, shape, perceived reference or whatever else while making ‘demands’ that something change........

I don't think there has never been a time in this country when we were so divided, even 1968 pales to this IMO. Maybe I'm wrong on that. But we are VERY close to civil war in this country, and doing unnecessary lockdowns of the entire society is only making it worse.
