Re: beginner here
Welcome to the Board... Have a great season!

Win or Lose - IT'S HOW YOU HYPE THE OUTCOME! BCS logic: When teams in the AQ conferences lose, it shows how tough those conferences are; when teams in non-AQ conferences lose, it is weakness.

I would think Romainia would really hurt the travel budget.

That seemed to me to be the fly in the ointment, but I am sure Mr. Billybud cut the best deal he could.

Romania! Just more fodder.
They only play night games and their coach is getting a little long in the tooth (so to say).

I think they would be a good opponent. The are a small school, but they have a couple backs named ICBM that really pack a punch.

Their QB has a rifle for an arm I hear...hence the nickname AK47. Could be a closer matchup then the experts think.
"A team with something to play for is dangerous, but a team with someone to play for is unstoppable..." Arkansas OL Brey Cook quote following the death of teammate Garrett Uekman (Nov. 2011).

Heck, I like that little Transylvanian college over there. Very atmospheric at their night games with their coach stalking the sidelines with his black cape.
Their Running Back, Vlad (AKA The Impaler) will stick it to you. And their weird cheerleaders? Man, I love it when they do the "Neutron Dance". And that transvsetite mascot running around is right out of the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
But still....fodder for a weak SOS.

Didn't know Romania still had a team going. Are they still running the annual Ceaucescu Bowl? I'm guessing that stopped sometime around '89...

It did end with a live TV event. Nick was the star.

That and the fact that their coach has them do bleachers....with the Alps. Clear cardio advantage to the Romanian team.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.
The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.
See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

Romance from Romania?
The preceding statements are solely the opinion of GoBoilers and are, therefore, probably not based whatsoever on fact, research or more time in thought than what was required to physically type them. They're probably correct anyway, so you shouldn't argue too much, because otherwise he'll just blather on forever. On the internet Al Gore invented.
