Postby billybud » Mon Aug 22, 2011 8:08 am

Georgia will play Boise in these....while I like the uniform, I am sure traditionlists will not.

Yep, I am a traditionalist, I guess. Those are hideous.

I also hate rap music blaring at a football game, that is why the schools have bands.

And yes, get off my lawn!

Razorhawk....I am with you on the rap music and get off my lawn. However, I like the uniforms and love the helmet.

Does Nike think players in Idaho have gray skin?

Idaho has blue football fields so I would not put it past Boise to paint their skin grey just to be different.

It's the chameleon effect....notice the color of the manniken base, the floor, and then the skin....on the field, this guy will be blue.

The metallic look gives it that super hero look. That is why they use that color.

Hmmm, call me crazy, but the Georgia uniform has elements that I kind of like. And the same goes for Boise State. They are a little over the top, but probably better than last year's Boise/VT uniforms.

That mannequin looks like me about 50 years ago! LOL
The preceding statements are solely the opinion of GoBoilers and are, therefore, probably not based whatsoever on fact, research or more time in thought than what was required to physically type them. They're probably correct anyway, so you shouldn't argue too much, because otherwise he'll just blather on forever. On the internet Al Gore invented.

On the one hand I like them, but on the other, I am a traditionalist.

If Penn St. actually ever changes their uniforms then I will believe that it is the end of the world as we know it.

Penn State may make all their players where a Paterno mask after he passes (on the field), but that is as far as they will go. One bad thing about Penn State is they never get to have a throw back day.

GO AWAY NIKE!!!!!!

You can tool with Oregon all you want...BUT LEAVE MY SILVER BRITCHES ALONE!! :x :x :x :x

That is atrocious.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

Good to know Southern Schools have their price, for awhile, I thought only West Coast schools could be bought and sold.
