My daughter's birthday is August 23, so that sometimes (very rarely) places her party the next weekend. My birthday is September 10 (no big deal), my wife's is September 23 (she is not a big college football fan unless LSU is playing Bama or in the big game), my brother-in-law's daughter birthday is October 3, so a Saturday is taken up with that sometimes. My mother-in-law's birthday is on Halloween, but the church Fall Festival lands on a Saturday closest to that.
So when planning to purchase tickets for games... well, let's just say the BCS formula is easier to grasp.
A true conspiracy I tell you.
I must have lucked out because my birthday and my brother's is in February and my dad's in early March. My cousin got married last July, so lately I've dodged those bullets

You know, us college football nerds basically get 15 days a year to ourselves. I would feel more guilty complaining if I didn't get to watch a baseball game or something along those lines
